Membership is not required to receive service. However, becoming a member of the Regal Club provides the most value to routine clients.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Any cancellations (or no-shows) with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of any scheduled service(s).

At Regal Lounge, client experience is of the utmost importance, so we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Please be advised your service time may be reduced as a result of late arrival. Late arrivals in excess of 15 minutes may require your appointment to be rescheduled and will be treated as a cancellation if service cannot be provided the same day.

Children ages 12 to 17 years old are welcome at Regal Lounge with an accompanying adult age 18 and older.
